Our main office is located in Kansas-United States but we have our offices and production lines in Europe & Asia.
What is Estimated Delivery Time?
It depends on placed order, however the EDT is usually up to two weeks. Our sales team inform you every step of the process after you place order. Remember, great things take time and we are confident that it will be well worth the wait. :)
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 10 rolls, each roll is 300ft or 100yards so totally 3000ft or 1000 yards
Why minimum order is 3000ft?
This is a question we are asked commonly :). First of all one of a main goal of every single company is putting your best face forward to a potential customer. You may use custom ribbon in many different purposes, product packaging, gifts, events, travels and much more. The other reason is we prepare unique cliche for each order we get and we do not charge for it! Cost of cliche makes almost same cost for up to minimum order of ribbon and is not prefered.
Can we order special ribbon color not indicated in your color option?
Yes, you can. For orders more than 40 rolls of ribbon we can produce ribbons with your corporate color. Just send us the pantone color of it or CMYK and we will do the rest.
What should be the format of Logo?
We prefer vector format as CDR or AI, but any high quality image of your logo will be studied by our designers.
Do you ship to multiple address?
Yes, we do ship to multiple addresses. After placing your order just email us the details of addresses and our team will take care of it
Can I track the progress of my order?
Yes, you can. Once you have placed your order you can track its progress through our system by logging onto your account. Your login information will comprise of your email and the password you choose.
What is the shipment cost?
At checkout point of your order the shipment will be calculated and shown in your shopping cart according to your country and amount of order. But as we work intensively with well-known couriers lıke UPS, FedEX, DHL etc the cost of freight will be much lower than standard cost. The shipment is Air Freight, Door to Door so you will receive it in a few days after delivery made.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas. Most of our customers are from United States, Canada and EU. With a global reach, we are able to respond to all of your distribution needs. Whether simply a question of liaising with your freight forwarder overseas or bringing the goods directly to your door.
